At Spice Village we had a clear concept of the image we were trying to achieve – to simulate the stylish and vibrant West End restaurant scene here in Cardiff. We have recreated the ambience and style of the West End restaurant and brought it here in Wales.

Fantastic Indian restaurant simply the best these guys know how to cook with good flavours. They are not afraid to make your food spicy hot if you ask them. Me and my wife always dine here if we are in town to eat.

We had a lovely early evening meal here. It was my first experience at an Indian restaurant and I was very impressed. The service was excellent, the waiters very helpful. The meal was delicious and tasty, not too hot as I thought it might be.

I wish I had taken a photo but that was super tasty, quick, good service and portion size. Fish was a little pricey compared to the other dishes though.

Proper nice bit of curry but make sure you ask for the set menu because they don't give it to you when you get in there and it's not so bad it's pretty good
